Service Operation Policy


This Operation Policy is established by Rating Labs Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) for the operation of the mobile application MURAPOP (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), and defines the standards for operating the Service as well as the specific matters that members must comply with, in order to respond consistently to potential issues that may arise within the Service.
Please read carefully, as failure to comply with this policy may result in disadvantages.


Article 1 (Rights and Obligations of Members)

① Rights of Members

  1. Members may submit inquiries, requests, or suggestions related to their accounts or the service via email.

  2. The Company does not intervene in or take responsibility for disputes between members or for damages caused by a member’s own negligence. However, if a member suffers harm due to another member's violation of this Operation Policy while using the service, the affected member may report the violation to the Company and request the application of the Operation Policy. The Company will review the report and take disciplinary measures in accordance with this policy.
  3. If a member is dissatisfied with the result of a policy application, they may submit an objection at any time via online or email inquiry.

② Obligations of Members

  1. Members shall not engage in activities that violate applicable laws or disrupt the service system or other members’ proper use of the service.
  2. If a member engages in prohibited or disruptive behavior, their access to the service may be temporarily or permanently restricted without prior notice in order to protect other users. In addition, if another member's content violates this Operation Policy or interferes with normal service use, please report the content using the provided reporting function.


Article 2 (Service Use Restrictions)

① Activities Subject to Restriction and Illegal Acts

  1. Promoting illegal gambling or speculative websites via comments.
  2. Promoting illegal products or items banned from online sale via comments.
  3. Providing information that motivates or facilitates criminal activity.
  4. Installing or distributing malware, viruses, or similar programs that interfere with normal service use or attempt to steal users’ personal information.
  5. Sharing third-party intellectual property (e.g., broadcasts, music, films, comics, videos, images) without the owner's consent.
  6. Providing methods or information on how to obtain copyrighted material illegally (e.g., sharing free download links or illegal site URLs).
  7. Unauthorized use of all or part of service images.
  8. Posting content that includes another person’s personal information.
  9. Using or stealing another person's personal information, account, or device to register for or access the service.

② Obscene or Harmful Activities to Youth

  1. Sharing information related to prostitution.
  2. Posting comments that may cause sexual humiliation or discomfort to others.
  3. Posting offensive or disgusting content generally considered repulsive.

③ Discriminatory or Conflict-Inducing Activities

  1. Posting comments that discriminate against or incite prejudice based on gender, religion, disability, age, social status, ethnicity, region, or occupation.

④ Spam/Advertising/Promotional Activities

  1. Repeatedly posting the same content in comments.
  2. Posting or sending promotional/commercial content in others’ comments or engaging in actions such as ‘likes’ or ‘friend requests’ with the intent to advertise.
  3. Exploiting service vulnerabilities for commercial promotion, advertising, or other malicious purposes.

⑤ Account Trading, Transfer, Proxy Use, or Exchanges

  1. Selling, transferring, renting, or authorizing the use of one’s account or in-app assets to others, or attempting to do so.
  2. Attempting to purchase, acquire, or exchange another person’s account or achievements, or brokering such activities.
  3. Deceiving others to steal their account, assets, or achievements.

⑥ Prohibited Service Activities

  1. Creating a large number of accounts and repeatedly registering/deregistering in ways not considered normal use.
  2. Impersonating the service name, company employees, or administrators to deceive or mislead other users, resulting in harm or confusion.
  3. Using profanity, slurs, jargon, or any other offensive language or actions that violate shared standards of decency or public order.
  4. Impersonating journalists or media organizations to post articles with fabricated content.

⑦ Other Restricted Activities

  1. Confirming the user no longer wishes to use the service and proceeding with account withdrawal.


Article 3 (Types of Service Restrictions)

① Content Restriction
Access to certain content may be limited, making it invisible or inaccessible.

② Service Restriction
Use of certain services may be partially or fully restricted, either temporarily or permanently.

③ Account Restriction
All services may be restricted for the account, either temporarily or permanently.

④ Sign-up/Withdrawal Restriction
For certain services, rejoining after withdrawal may be restricted for a designated period.

Restrictions will be applied progressively, from temporary to permanent, depending on the frequency and severity of the violations. Even if a violation is not explicitly listed above, any action deemed detrimental to the healthy operation of the service may result in usage restriction based on the community operation policy. However, for illegal activities such as posting/distributing obscene content or promoting gambling, which are prohibited by law, a permanent restriction may be imposed immediately regardless of violation history.

Users may submit objections to imposed restrictions at any time via online or email inquiry.
