Rating Labs Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of any videos, links, in-app assets, advertisements, user posts, comments, or any other content provided through the mobile application MURAPOP service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service" and collectively referred to as “Service Content” or "Content" as defined in the Company’s Terms of Use). Furthermore, the Company makes no warranties regarding the quality of third-party products or other information obtained through advertisements, information, or offers provided via the Service.

You acknowledge that you use the Service and its Content at your own risk. Accordingly, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or its Content.

The Company is under no obligation to modify the Service or its Content. However, the Company may improve the Service at its sole discretion as needed.

Article 2 (Legal Notice)

You may not download or extract any Service Content in any manner beyond what is permitted within the Service for viewing purposes.

You shall not access the Company’s Service or its content delivery system using any unauthorized methods. In particular, mechanical access through automated programs or access using another person’s account information is strictly prohibited.

You may not use any information or rights related to the Service—including, but not limited to, copyrighted materials or trademarks—without prior permission from the Company. You are also prohibited from engaging in any conduct that could mislead others into believing you have ownership or rights over the Service or its Content.

You may not disclose, redistribute, or transmit any information, including personal information about the Company or third parties that you acquire during your use of the Service or Service Content, without the prior consent of the information subject.

You acknowledge and agree that you must be aware of and comply with the above restrictions and that any violation may subject you to civil and criminal liability.

If you do not agree to the foregoing limitations and legal notices, you may not use the Service and must immediately discontinue its use.
