Youth Protection Policy

Rating Labs Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) has established and operates the following Youth Protection Policy in order to ensure that minors are protected from harmful information and are able to use the Company’s services in a safe and beneficial manner.

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of this policy is to systematically implement protective measures and block harmful content to ensure that youth members can use the MURAPOP service in a sound and safe online environment.

Article 2 (Principles for the Protection of Youth)

The Company shall make its best efforts to protect minors in accordance with the following principles:

① Identifying and blocking harmful content in advance that may negatively impact minors.

② Protecting the personal information of minors and preventing indiscriminate exposure.

③ Establishing a reporting and counseling system to promptly respond to harm suffered by minors.

④ Providing training to employees and operators regarding youth protection.

Article 3 (Blocking and Management Measures for Harmful Content)

The Company shall protect minors from harmful content through the following measures:

① Operating a pre- and post-monitoring system for content, comments, images, and other materials.

② Automatically filtering content that includes profanity, sexual or violent content, pornography, illegal gambling, or other materials classified as harmful to youth.

③ Providing a reporting feature and maintaining an administrative review system.

Article 4 (Protection of Youth Rights and Counseling Support)

① In the event a minor suffers harm, they may report the issue through the reporting function or the customer service center, and the Company shall take prompt action.

② The Company provides counseling and psychological support for affected minors in cooperation with professional organizations.

Article 5 (Policy Notification and Application)

This Youth Protection Policy is accessible at all times through the “Terms of Service” section within the service settings, and any changes to the policy shall, in principle, be notified in advance.

Article 6 (Continuous Improvement of the Policy)

The Company shall continuously review this Youth Protection Policy and make necessary improvements by reflecting any changes in relevant laws and regulations.

Article 7 (Designation of Youth Protection Officer and Personnel)

The Company appoints the following Youth Protection Officer and designated personnel to carry out youth protection duties, including the establishment of policies to block and manage harmful content and to protect youths from exposure to such harmful content.
